Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. - Sales Pitch: Effectively present and promote IT consulting services, including CRM, ERP, software solutions, and other technology services. - Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. - Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads and tracking potential clients. - Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and enhance lead conversion. - Reporting: Document and report sales activities and progress in the CRM system. - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields preferred. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in telesales, preferably in IT consulting or a related industry. - Nationality: Female candidates preferred. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). - Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals over the phone and achieve targets. - Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT consulting services, including CRM, ERP, and cloud solutions. - CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software for managing leads and reporting. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. - Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
