Job Title: Telesales Executive (Automotive)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Agent to join our dynamic Call Centre team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and connecting them with our wide range of brand new cars.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Contact potential clients via phone to inform them about available vehicles and services

- Answer questions and offer advice on suitable car options

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the car inventory and promotions

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to keep track of leads and follow-ups

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
