We are looking for a dynamic Tele-Sales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and meeting sales targets. She should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling.
• Answer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain an accurate database of customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide detailed information about products/services and address any client questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for customer acquisition.
• Assist in developing sales scripts and strategies to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive personality.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
EXPERIENCE: Should be minimum 3 YEARS.
