Tele sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and closing sales over the phone. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role:
Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads: Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Managing Customer Accounts: Ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with the company's products and services.
- Processing Orders: Taking and processing customer orders accurately.
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Receiving incoming calls and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of all calls made and received.
- Liaising with Departments: Working with other departments to resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Fresher & Proven experience working as a tele sales executive.
Skills: Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills.
