Tele sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and closing sales over the phone. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role:
Responsibilities:
- ••Generating Leads••: Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
- ••Managing Customer Accounts••: Ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with the company's products and services.
- ••Processing Orders••: Taking and processing customer orders accurately.
- ••Handling Customer Inquiries••: Receiving incoming calls and assisting with customer inquiries.
- ••Meeting Sales Targets••: Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
- ••Maintaining Records••: Keeping accurate records of all calls made and received.
- ••Liaising with Departments••: Working with other departments to resolve customer complaints.

••Education••: High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
••Experience••: Fresher & Proven experience working as a tele sales executive.
