Role Overview:
The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote, sell, and process orders for auto spare parts, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads and close deals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate auto spare parts and solutions.
- Process customer inquiries, quotations, and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
- Follow up on leads and pending orders to ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to departmental goals.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
