We are hiring experienced telesales agents !!!! Duties & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. \xc2\xb7 Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. \xc2\xb7 Listening to the customers\' needs to generate repeat sales. \xc2\xb7 Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products. \xc2\xb7 Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products. \xc2\xb7 Answering customers\' questions on the products. \xc2\xb7 Meeting sales Targets. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent convincing skills \xc2\xb7 The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. \xc2\xb7 The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
