for various industries, including hospitality, healthcare, corporate, and retail. We are looking for a

Telemarketing & Telesales Executive

to generate leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential customers to promote our

custom uniform solutions

. Generate

new leads

and follow up with warm leads provided by the company. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable uniform packages. Close sales over the phone and process customer orders efficiently. Maintain a

CRM database

and track all sales activities. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Meet and exceed

sales targets and KPIs

.

Requirements:

?

Proven experience

in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar sales role.
? Strong

communication and negotiation

skills.
? Ability to

persuade and influence

potential clients.
? Self-motivated,

target-driven, and results-oriented

.
? Familiarity with

uniforms, workwear, or B2B sales

is a plus.
? Proficiency in

CRM software and Microsoft Office

is an advantage.
? Fluent in

English

; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Tele sales: 5 years (Required) Tele Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
