ob Summary:

Trenity Immigration Consultants is looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Telecaller

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be

fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi

and have

excellent communication and persuasion skills

to engage potential clients, schedule meetings, and follow up effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls

to prospective customers and clients.
?

Fix appointments

and schedule meetings with potential clients.
?

Follow up

on previous calls and inquiries to ensure conversions.
? Maintain a

database of leads

and track progress.
? Provide

accurate information

about company services related to immigration and visa consultation.
? Work towards achieving

daily/weekly/monthly targets

.

Requirements:

Languages Required:

English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi (Must be fluent).

Experience:

1+ years in a similar Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales role preferred.

Excellent communication skills

with a persuasive approach.

Proficiency in CRM software

and call management tools is a plus.
Ability to handle

customer queries and objections professionally

.

Candidates with a valid UAE visa (employment, spouse, or freelance) are highly preferred.

Candidates already in

Abu Dhabi or UAE

are preferred.
