Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to oversee property transactions, manage client relationships, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Representation:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Market Analysis:

Conduct comparative market research to determine competitive property prices and trends.

Property Listings:

List properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions, professional photos, and marketing materials.

Negotiations:

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible deal for clients.

Legal Compliance:

Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.

Networking & Lead Generation:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, property developers, and financial institutions.

Contracts & Documentation:

Prepare, review, and finalize sales agreements, leases, and other required documentation.

Team Collaboration:

Work with other brokers, agents, and real estate professionals to close deals efficiently.

Marketing & Promotions:

Utilize digital and traditional marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
