Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's products or services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.

Inbound Calls:

Handle inbound calls from prospective clients, provide information, and close sales.

Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by qualifying leads and generating interest in the company's offerings.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure continued sales and customer satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Product Knowledge:

Keep up to date with product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively sell and respond to customer inquiries.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the company's CRM system.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates on sales activities, call outcomes, and potential business opportunities to management.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, following up on queries, and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Target-driven with a passion for sales and achieving goals. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. Strong time management and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
