Nestwood Realty is looking for a

highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate leads over the phone, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce

real estate properties and investment opportunities

. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings with the sales team. Build and maintain relationships with clients through

follow-up calls, emails, and messages

. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options. Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and prospects. Meet and exceed

weekly and monthly sales targets

. Stay updated on

market trends, property prices, and competitor activities

.

Requirements:

Proven experience

in tele sales, call center sales, or a similar role. Strong

communication and negotiation skills

. Ability to handle

client objections and close deals

effectively. Self-motivated with a

target-driven attitude

. Knowledge of

CRM systems and real estate market trends

is an advantage. Fluency in

English

is required; additional languages are a plus.
