Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and build strong relationships.
• Present and pitch Alhodood's ERP solutions and IT services to prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects over the phone.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections effectively.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
