Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and converting prospects into buyers. You will play a key role in promoting our properties and supporting the sales team to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact potential clients via phone to introduce and promote the company's real estate projects.
• Qualify leads and provide relevant information about available properties.
• Build rapport with clients and understand their property needs.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of client information and sales activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions.
• Work closely with the sales team to support ongoing sales efforts.
• Handle client complaints and suggestions professionally and efficiently, ensuring all feedback is addressed in a timely manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Prepare and disseminate construction update announcements, holiday greetings, and promotional offers/discounts.
• Announce new installment plans and project launches, ensuring all communications are clear and informative.
• Organize and announce company events, ensuring all relevant departments are informed and prepared for participation.
• Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support and assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with the customer care team to enhance service quality and address client concerns promptly.
• Serve as a liaison among various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure that client-related issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor progress on resolutions and follow up as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track and report on client feedback, complaint resolution metrics, and the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Suggest improvements based on client insights and department feedback.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service role, preferably in construction or real estate environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
