Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote financial services
• Address client inquiries, explain service details, and manage customer expectations
• Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Accurately document client information and sales outcomes for reporting
• Follow up with clients to build strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification is graduate degree
• Proven experience in telesales, ideally with a finance background
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with basic computer software and CRM tools
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
