Telesales/Customer Service Representative

Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: 9-hour shifts, 24/7 shift availability required, 4 days off per month

Salary: 3000 - 5000 AED per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales/Customer Service Representative fluent in English. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience and be willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts. Preference will be given to candidates from the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information to customers.

Resolve customer issues promptly.

Maintain customer records.

Collect and relay customer feedback.

Collaborate with team members.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English.

Willing to work 24/7 shifts, 9-hour shifts per day.

Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in telesales or customer service.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Candidates from the Philippines are highly preferred.
