Job Title: Telesales and Customer Service Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Tele sales and Customer Service Executive to manage sales calls and deliver exceptional customer support. This role combines tele sales expertise with a strong focus on enhancing the customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•Telesales Duties: •

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote cleaning and technical services.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services or packages to meet those needs.
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings or agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

•Customer Service Duties: •

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless delivery and follow-up after service completion.

•Administrative and Support Tasks: •

• Prepare and present regular sales and customer service performance reports.
• Develop and refine sales scripts and customer support workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in tele sales and/or customer service, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the cleaning or technical services industry.
• Experience with sales pipelines and customer retention strategies.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques and a track record of managing challenging interactions effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
