Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Specialist at Math Financial Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as making outbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns, and participating in ongoing training programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Training
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Previous telesales experience is a plus
