Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Malayalam.
• Confident and polite when talking to customers.
• Must be quick to learn about products and services.
• Ready to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Teamwork and a disciplined attitude are a must.
• Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.

Job Duties:

• Call customers to promote our range of products and services, including CCTV systems, video intercoms, Wi-Fi solutions, gate automation, alarms, and home automation solutions.
• Convince customers to buy and close deals over the phone.
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and address their needs.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information regularly.
• Share daily updates and sales progress with the manager.
