Job Description
A leading educational institute in Sharjah is seeking a proficient Female Telesales and Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling students, making schedules, and managing both incoming and outgoing calls. The candidate should possess excellent selling and communication skills and be flexible to undertake various tasks required by the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle student inquiries and admissions.
• Create and manage class schedules.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Perform cold calling and sales activities.
• Adapt to various tasks required by the institute.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent selling and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is required
• Strong marketing strategies and cold calling abilities.
• Flexibility to work on various tasks as needed.
• Previous experience in telesales or admissions counseling is a plus.
NOC from the sponsor should be provided.
Should have Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Should be able to speak English, Malayalam & Hindi.
Should be available in or near Rolla area in Sharjah.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
