Experience: Minimum of 2 years of tele sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven sales ability with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the real estate market, property types, and industry terminology.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
