Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using the company's database and lead generation strategies. LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED BY COMPANY.
• Engage clients in friendly and professional conversations, understanding their real estate needs and preferences
• Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and the benefits of our real estate services
• Schedule appointments between clients and our real estate agents, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to face-to-face meetings
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions using the company's CRM system
Qualifications:
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent active listening skills and the ability to understand and address client needs
• High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to relocate in Sharjah/Ajman.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
