Designation Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Tele sales Agents to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through phone calls and emails, and convincing clients to schedule meetings for potential sales discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with leads via calls and emails to generate interest.

Persuasively communicate an introduction about the company to leads.

Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead nurturing.

Provide feedback on lead quality and insights on market trends to improve lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.

Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing is a plus.

British accent with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
