Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller to join our real estate team. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing information about our properties and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or generated leads.
• Qualify leads and identify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with sales agents.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about available properties, services, and market trends.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized service and follow-up support.
• Database Management:
• Update and maintain customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Track call activity, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with follow-up calls, information gathering, and appointment confirmations.
• Provide support during property transactions and negotiations as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve services and identify market opportunities.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activity, lead generation, and sales performance.
• Analyze call metrics and provide insights to improve telecalling strategies and techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Personal Attributes:
• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
