Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to engage potential customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to secure appointments or sales
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company's CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
Experience
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively communicate product/service features and benefits
• Prior experience in technology sales is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
