Benevolent Realty is hiring experienced and motivated

Telesales Agents

to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. If you have a strong sales background, love talking to people, and are ready to grow with one of Dubai's top property firms. We want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from our lead database Promote and pitch Dubai real estate projects, especially off-plan developments Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Follow up with leads consistently to build interest and close opportunities Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and booked meetings

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of telesales experience

, preferably in real estate Strong communication and persuasion skills Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage) Resilient, self-driven, and confident on the phone Based in Dubai with own visa or transferable visa preferred A positive attitude and hunger to succeed in a target-driven environment
