Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven •Telesales Agent• to join our dynamic team at Infinix Infinity Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, preferably within the real estate industry, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. The Telesales Agent will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Infinix Infinity Real Estate's services, properties, and investment opportunities.
• Client Qualification : Assess client needs, answer inquiries, and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying timeline.
• Database Management : Maintain and update client information in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
• Sales Support : Assist the Sales Manager and field agents by scheduling client appointments, setting up property viewings, and following up on potential leads.
• Market Knowledge : Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property developments, and competitive offerings.
• Customer Engagement : Develop strong relationships with clients through timely follow-up, personalized communication, and providing relevant information on new properties.
• Performance Targets : Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets as set by the Sales Manager.

Requirements :

• Experience : Proven experience in telesales, with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.
• Skills : Strong verbal communication, persuasive selling techniques, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Language : Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu or Arabic are a plus.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications.
• Personal Qualities : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Real Estate Knowledge : Familiarity with real estate market trends and UAE real estate laws and practices is advantageous.
