Telesales Agent
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1 - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
2 - Provide information about our products/services and address customer inquiries
3 - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4 - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
5 - Fluent communication in Hindi and additional languages: Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil
Qualifications:
1 - Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and the specified additional languages
2 - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
3 - Basic computer proficiency
4 - Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
5 - Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply
