We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative who is fluent in Arabic and preferably has additional language skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UAE real estate telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative who is fluent in Arabic and preferably has additional language skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UAE real estate telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients to inform them about our products/services
- Answer questions about products/services
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Fluent in Arabic; additional languages are a plus (e.g., English, French, Spanish)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
