Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking products and services.
Handling customer inquiries and providing detailed information about various banking services.
Maintaining a database of customer interactions and ensuring follow-up calls are made.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a tele calling or customer service role, preferably in the banking sector.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejection.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
