Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to open accounts, apply for loans, or sign up for other banking services.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our banking products, services, and promotional offers, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings.
Follow compliance guidelines and ethical sales practices to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the reputation of the bank.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and professional phone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
