The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales and fostering customer relationships over the phone. This role involves promoting the medical center's services, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Lead Generation:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote the medical centre's services.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into scheduled appointments.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Customer Service:
• Handle inbound calls from patients with inquiries about services offered.
• Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and appointment availability.
• Address patient concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Appointment Scheduling:
• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
• Manage and update the appointment calendar.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure availability and readiness for appointments.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and patient information in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on call activities, sales, and follow-up actions.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the medical centre's services, treatments, and any new offerings.
• Educate patients on the benefits and features of the services provided.
Qualifications:
• Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good organizational and time management skills
