Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Contact potential clients via phone calls and follow up on leads. Promote real estate listings and services to prospective buyers and sellers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify client needs and suggest suitable real estate options. Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns professionally. Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with sales representatives. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions.

Requirements:



Experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong persuasion skills and sales-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
