Key Accountabilities
• Follow the SOP guidelines for all activations, verifications, sales calls.
• Provide timely reporting on the tasks assigned.
• Ensure proper support and co-ordination with partners to help achieve the verification and activation.
• Adhere to quality standard and ensure the requests are processed on committed SLAs.
• Follow up on Existing orders, New Requests until delivery and closure.
Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or a related field.
Experience:
• 2 - 3 years in a similar/relevant role with minimum 1 years of experience in sales preferably in IT or Telecoms.
• Understanding and experience of sales management role in Telecommunication industry preferably in mass and SME market sector
• Good understanding of Mobile and Fixed services
• Good understanding of driving sales through partners
Skills
• Detailed understanding and experience of sales process & operational tasks
• Ability to work with team members, customers, partners in professional manner and understanding of internal processes.
• Quick to learn and adapt to change and required to have the willingness to learn new processes.
