As a Tele Sales Executive, your primary role will be engaging with leads, presenting products and offers, and converting calls into sales. You'll be responsible for meeting daily and monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to new and existing customers to promote iGaming products and services. Identify customer needs and present relevant products or services in a persuasive manner. Share product details, promotions, and offers to engage customers and drive conversions. Achieve

daily sales targets

monthly quotas

KPIs

set by the management team. Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.

Compensation

:

Base Salary

: Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience).

Daily Commission

: Earn daily commissions based on sales performance.

Monthly Commission

: Additional monthly commissions for achieving targets and KPIs.
Attractive commission structure to reward high performers.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
