Core Functions \xc2\xb7 Manager 24-hour operational team to manage, track, and deliver all in-house and external guest requests, queries and complaints in the most professional way. \xc2\xb7 Answers all guest calls internally and externally in a pleasant, clear, slow, confident and in a personalized manner according to MHH Standards within three rings. \xc2\xb7 Listens to the guests request attentively and coordinate efficiently with departments concerned to ensure prompt delivery of services. Duties / Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Understands the companys objectives and standards, values and culture of the company applying them on the job daily. \xc2\xb7 Achieves the customers expectations and performance targets of the department. \xc2\xb7 Possesses a warm & friendly approach to other team members and a positive sharing of work loads, skills & knowledge. \xc2\xb7 Assists the guests in the business center with all secretarial services \xc2\xb7 Accepts and accurately records all requests received on the extension. \xc2\xb7 Records guest request in a timely manner through HotSOS, and on the guest request sheet. \xc2\xb7 Follows up to ensure request has been carried out and confirm that the guests needs have been satisfied. \xc2\xb7 Passes any comments from the guest regarding the services received to the Assistant FO Manager/ Team Leader or Duty Manager. \xc2\xb7 Handles general guest inquiries regarding the hotel and its facilities, daily events and functions taking place. \xc2\xb7 Ensures to be aware all the time of the hotel product knowledge, hotel facilities \xc2\xb7 Ensures that all guests messages are recorded as per hotel standards \xc2\xb7 Ensures that all in house guests wake up calls are recorded and completed on time and professional way as per MHH Standards \xc2\xb7 Updates the Daily Information Sheet with all relevant information (refer to individual SOP) \xc2\xb7 Messages calls are to be accepted only from the Switchboard. \xc2\xb7 Fills the copy of complaint forms for complaints received from guests in the complaint file. \xc2\xb7 Prints various reports from Opera and MS Outlook file the same and sent it to Manager in-charge on daily basis.
