Respond to incoming calls promptly and courteously, using a professional and friendly tone
Provide appropriate assistance or direct calls to the relevant departments or individuals
Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization\'s products, services as well as departments to effectively address customer inquiries
Transfer calls accurately and efficiently to the appropriate extensions or personnel, ensuring minimal hold times
Take detailed and accurate messages when necessary and deliver them promptly to the intended recipients
Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism
Stay updated on company policies, procedures and promotions to provide accurate information to callers
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry as well as sorting mail as needed

Job Qualifications and Experience

The suitable candidate must have a minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable brand
Exceptional communication and customer service skills required
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities required
Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are a plus
Must have exceptional telephone skills
