• Answer all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and in a courteous manner.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and reservations over the phone.
• Place outgoing calls for guests or staff upon request.
• Assist guests with information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Take and relay messages accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergency calls and relay critical information to the necessary parties.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, etc.) to relay guest requests or information.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
• Assist in scheduling wake-up calls for guests and ensuring they are delivered promptly.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns over the phone and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Provide information to guests about hotel policies, room availability, and reservation confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, guest requests, and important information.
• Update the hotel's communication systems as necessary and ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Assist with clerical tasks, such as updating guest profiles, logging wake-up call requests, and preparing reports.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., fire alarms, medical emergencies).
• Assist in contacting emergency services and coordinating with hotel management during emergencies.
