Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Sales agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our client's products and services to potential customers through phone calls. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our client's products and services - Build and maintain a strong customer database by accurately recording all customer information and interactions - Understand the customer's needs and tailor the sales pitch accordingly to effectively sell our products and services - Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets - Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products and services - Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns the customer may have - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications: - 5 years of sales experience. Hardcore salespeople with real and strong experience doing telemarketing sales. Great attitude and energy, professional. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Must be fluent in English; near to native accent. - Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus
