Job Description

Lead Generation & Sales

: Actively engage potential customers via phone calls to introduce and promote fire and safety products and services.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and following up on leads.

Market Research

: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the fire and safety industry trends and competitors.

Product Knowledge

: Possess in-depth knowledge of fire and safety solutions (such as fire alarms, extinguishers, safety equipment, etc.) to effectively sell products and services.

Cold Calling & Prospecting

: Make outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for field sales representatives.

Reporting & Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activity using CRM software.

Target Achievement

: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Customer Follow-Up

: Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
