We\'re seeking a dynamic individual who excels in communication and enjoys interacting with people. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages, tours, and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide accurate information about our offerings.
- Assist customers with booking arrangements, including reservations and itinerary planning.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Manage front desk duties, including answering phone calls, handling mail, and managing appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or receptionist roles, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Hindi and Urdu (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
