Accent Business Consultants FZE LLC is born with a mission to free up the entrepreneur from the extreme pressures of finance, book keeping, statutory compliance and IT management through our managed services. We are looking for a smart result-oriented telemarketing lady to work in a hybrid arrangement where she can work both remotely and on premises as the work demands.

Telemarketer Job Responsibilities:

A Telemarketer's daily duties focus primarily on generating enquiries from clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our services. The telemarketing tasks include but not limited to

• Calling the clients
• Explaining products and services
• Answering customer queries about products and services
• Obtaining customer contact information and requirements relevant to the services offered.
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
• Following up on previous customers for potential sales
• Maintaining records of customer contacts
• Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
• Recommends our products or services based on the clients' needs.
• Forward the enquiries to the appropriate department and follow up for further actions.
• Update work time sheets
• Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
• Keeps contact and financial information confidential.
• Meets or exceeds monthly/quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent in English & Hindi verbal communications, Arabic skills will be a plus.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.

• Uses phone etiquette best practices.
• Learns about new products or services quickly.
• Knows how to market each product or service.
• Works well independently and is good at time management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Any degree/Diploma with understanding of business terminology.
• At least one year of work experience preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
