We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our products/services, and maintaining customer relationships through effective telemarketing strategies. You will play a key role in driving our business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and information gathering.
• Present and explain product features and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telemarketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficient in handling emails and queries
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
