Make outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell product and services
Interfacing with sales department when transferring calls made to new or existing customers
Answer question about product and pricing
Enter leads details in to company CRM
Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
Other tasks requested by management relative to follow-ups with customers, data entry
Help sales department to complete the CRM lead sales cycle.
Prepare necessary reports and present in the meeting
