Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling free eye checkup appointments, and promoting our optical services. This role is perfect for individuals who have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and enjoy working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to companies' HR departments to introduce our complimentary eye-care services for employees.
• Schedule appointments for eye checkups at client offices or at Al Hussam Opticals.
• Provide detailed information about our services, promotions, and eyewear products.
• Maintain and update a database of potential and existing clients in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and appointment bookings.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and handle any inquiries.
• Gather customer feedback and provide solutions to address their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing efforts with ongoing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated under pressure.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Must have a valid visa (sponsored or own visa).
• Available to start immediately.
