Telemarketing Executive at Lifer Realty
Job Overview:
Lifer Realty is seeking a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, informing them about our real estate services, and setting up appointments for our sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Lifer Realty's services.
• Provide information about properties that match the clients' needs and preferences.
• Schedule appointments for interested clients with our real estate agents.
• Follow up on previous calls to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
• Update client information in the database after each call.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
• Handle client objections professionally and tactfully.
• Follow up with sales brokers with relevant information and company requests
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve telemarketing strategies and scripts.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and listen to clients' needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• A positive attitude and a drive to meet sales goals.
