Position Title:

Telemarketer / Telemarketing Representative

Job Overview:

The telemarketer is responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. They may also assist with customer inquiries, conduct surveys, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Initiate calls to prospective customers, introduce products or services, and offer tailored solutions based on customer needs.

Inbound Calls:

Handle incoming calls, answer questions, resolve customer inquiries, and provide information about products or services.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.

Sales:

Close sales or schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.

Customer Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.

Data Entry:

Accurately record customer information, including feedback, purchase intentions, and contact details.

Compliance:

Ensure that all communications adhere to company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Follow-Up:

Maintain regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into long-term customers.

Reporting:

Track and report performance metrics such as call volume, sales figures, and conversion rates.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Education:

Business Administration in Marketing and Sales (BBA,MBA) Must be good grip in English and Hindi. Must have experience 2-3 years in telemarketing with Business background in marketing.

Working Conditions:

Can be performed in a call center, remote environment, or office. Standard working hours, with occasional evening or weekend shifts, depending on the company.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
