Responsibilities:
Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise and coordinate with warehouse team to ensure the duties and performance updates.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support on monthly stock keeping records.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals quotation, proforma invoice and tax invoice whenever necessary as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
