Telemarketing Agent
Job Description
• Introducing the company's products and services with clarity and politeness
• Explaining product details and prices
• Answering customer information about products
• Obtaining customer information such as name, email address or phone number
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
• Following up on previous customers for potential closing of deal
• Maintaining records of customer contacts
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
• telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
