We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Telemarketing Specialist (Arabic & English) to join our team at Retaj Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemarketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential patients to introduce dental services and promotions
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain a detailed record of calls
• Build positive relationships with patients and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with customer service and marketing teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or call center roles (experience in healthcare is a plus)
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
• computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000\.00 - AED6,000\.00 per month
